Yes, we have stock of 30 hot tubs and you could hire anything between 1-30 assuming we have availability and you have the space.

We offer free delivery within 30 miles of Aberdeen and thereafter a flat £25.00 delivery charge to all areas of Moray, Angus and Aberdeenshire.

Yes, all of our bookings require a £50 non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking. This is paid online via our integrated booking system with a link to pay being emailed through to you on booking.
No, we don’t charge any additional security deposits. By agreeing to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement you are liable for any damages caused whilst the hot tub is in your care.

An initial £50 deposit is payable via an online link which will be sent to you to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is then due no later than 7 days prior to the start of your hire. You will receive email reminders and links to pay to make everything simple to follow.
We appreciate that sometimes plans change and that you may need to cancel. In the event that you would like to cancel your booking with us entirely, providing more than 14 days’ notice from the start of your hire is given we will refund the £50 booking deposit to you less a £5 administration fee.
If you cancel within 14 days of the hire you would forfeit the £50 deposit.
If you cancel within 7 days having paid for the hire in full, should we be able to re-hire then you would only forfeit the booking deposit. If we are unable to re-hire you would lose the full amount paid.
If you wish to move a booking to another date we will carry forward the deposit to the new booking provided more than 7 days notice is given.

The hot tub will be delivered and installed on the first date of your booking. We arrange all of our delivery and collection schedules 7 days in advance and a member of the Ahh Luxury Hot Tub team will be in touch via email to confirm the time which our fully trained team will deliver the hot tub 4-7 days prior to the start of the hire.
If you are looking for a specific time, please contact us directly and our scheduling team will be happy to help. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as we must operate on the most efficient delivery routes.
Our normal installation times are between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday. We can arrange delivery out with these hours with prior notice so please do get in touch.
Our Helsinki hot tubs can fit through a standard doorway and are relatively easy to manoeuvre.
To deliver an Orbis hot tub, we require access paths/gates to be no less than 80cm wide as well as no steps or steep slopes – the hard-bodied hot tubs must be rolled into place.

Yes, we do ask that an adult (18 years or over) is at home to sign for the delivery of the hot tub as well as giving our installation team access to water and power.

No, our experienced team carry a range of tap adaptors with them to be able to fill hot tubs from indoor taps.
If you have an unusual tap fitting please ensure you take a picture and pass it through to the team on booking to ensure we can accommodate you.
No, each hot tub comes with a 3 metre UK standard plug with an RCD breaker fitted for quicker shut off and additional safety. We provide appropriately rated, PAT tested extension cables for customers who require them up to a maximum of 15m.
The most important aspect is ensuring you have adequate space to locate the hot tub (3m/3m), access to water and power and that the team have the access required to deliver and install the hot tub. If you are unsure, please get in touch and we can talk through the details with you.
It’s the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they have the space and access required to install the hot tub. Where we can, we will offer an alternative hot tub, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Yes, the hot tubs can be placed on grass providing the area is flat. We provide insulated bases for all of our hot tubs.
We do recommend limiting placing any hot tubs on grass as the heat and lack of light can damage grass.
The team will be with you between 60 and 90 minutes for full installation. It can take slightly longer if the water pressure is low or if access is problematic.
This will vary depending on the model of hot tub you have chosen, the ambient air temperature, the time of year and the temperature of the water added to the hot tub. As a general guide:

No, absolutely not. Our team will pump the water away to the nearest appropriate drain to ensure no unsightly puddles are left in your garden as well as safely disposing of the waste water.
We use professional standard water pumps to remove the water to the nearest appropriate drain.
The hot tub will be collected on the last day of your hire between 8.30am and 5pm. You will be notified of the collection time in advance.
No, provided we can gain access and have power, there is no need for you to be there when we are collecting. Please ensure all chemicals and equipment are left accessible for the team.
We always suggest contacting your GP to check if your medical condition prohibits you from using a hot tub.
We suggest you follow the NHS guidelines.
Yes, provided you take care to ensure they are supervised at all times. We recommend the following steps:
1. Secure your cover – All of our hot tubs come with safety clips which can be fastened to prevent little ones accessing the tub. Please ensure you use these at all times.
2. Lower the temperature – All of our hot tubs come with thermal controls enabling you to reduce the temperature. Children cannot sit in hot tubs for prolonged periods of time and you should always limit the time they spend in the hot tub and ensure the temperature is lowered to c. 35 degrees Celsius prior to use.
3. Supervise them – This may sound obvious but it’s so very important. Always supervise children when in the hot tub.
